UNHAPPY WITH DEFY APPLIANCE

I bought Defy stove set in 2020mat Makro cash, then in 2021 the stove started misfunction the touch button stopped working. I logged a call then a technician was sent then I was told there was a dead ****roach that why the buttons stopped working. I would report the stove not working every after 3 months i then asked for a refund from Makro they said they will escalate the matter with defy ,yesterday i called again to report that the stove is not working to be told its out of warranty i should pay for a technician to be sent to my house.
