Unhappy customer

I have bought a double door fridge in 2018 at Game store Middelburg. The fridge stopped working after a few months and i called the call center to log a call for repairs. i had to wait 3 days for the repairs and had to buy a bar fridge to rescue my perishables.

The technician came to repair my fridge and discovered the compressor packed up and he didn't had one with him which was another day delay. He told me that there was a campaign out on these models where the compressor and the fan had to be replaced. once these repairs was done, a few months later there was a loud noise coming from the fridge and i had to log a call again, technician came out and there was some *****s missing that made a rattling sound.

This noise only stopped for a few weeks and the noise was back. i logged the 3rd call and technician came out and put washers on all *****s, the sound was gone for only a few weeks.

Now the fridge is like a tumble dryer with a load noise, we struggling to sleep at night with this noise. in order to have a good nights rest we have to put the fridge off.

I have logged a call last week Tuesday and im still awaiting a technician to call for to come have a look. I have also send the defy service center an e mail complaining about this unit, and im still waiting for a response from them.
