Unhappy customer

It has taken the defy team along with Game Menlyn branch more than 5 weeks now just to come out and have a look at a front loading washing machine that can not be used as one of the legs does not ***** in.

This has been reported to game weeks ago, we have been there 3 times now and every time just promises of people coming or phone calls to be expected but to date nothing?

We have to now make use of a washing machine at a friends house as we have a washing machine in the kitchen we can not use because defy does not come out??

The first guy who phoned us said he is the defy guy for Montana and as we stay in mount grace pretoria he can not come to us - hence we went back to game on the 3rd of November requesting them to dispatch someone else - we were promised that they would send out someone the following week. It is now a week later and we have not even received a call yet?

Hence I suppose again we have to go back to game and try and sort this ongoing matter.... imagine that having a white elephant in the house ? Like literally having a washing machine that you can not use??
