UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I've logged a service call with Defy on the 18th August. I've received a logged number and everything, but no one has called me back as yet. I kept on calling them to find out when will some one attend to my call, they keep on telling me that they will still call to make an appointment with me. Their email said there's a turnaround of 2-3 working dates and today is already the 4th day. Very disappointing service.
