Unhappy client
Bought a defy top loader machine at Makro riversands, firstly the machine didn't have fittings inside secondly the machine doesn't work we took it back the following day they refused to give us our money back and said defy will send a technician in 2 days ( Mon or Tue) to check the machine no one came had to call them again today to be told they will only send a technician on Fri only.

How long is the wait going be? The technician came checked and saw that the machine is faulty. The cold water pipe doesn't work and the functions ( normal wash only puts water doesn't wash, quick wash doesn't even put water only wash and doesn't rinse nor spin so does heavy wash ). Bought the machine on the 27th Dec until now we haven't got to actually use this machine.
