Unhappy client

I bought 17 kg defy washing machine at Game Carnival mall on the 8th of January 2024 and the machine stopped working on July 2024. May 2025 they replaced it with the new one that is worse than the one they replaced Im barely across the month, but the machine gives me problems of staining clothes , sometimes it just randomly switch off while I’m busy with my laundry. I have called them many times but there’s no help I’ve never been so frustrated like this in my entire life the machine freezes oftenly, sometimes it just stops as if it is done washing and when I come to check the water is still full.
