UNHAPPY ABOUT SERVICE FROM DEFY SERVICE CENTRE

I've recently had a problem with my dishwasher. Technician couldn't solve the problem, so it was referred to the service centre. Since 3 August NOTHING was done. I've made calls to the centre with no result. I've stated that the machine cannot be taken to the workshop, it must be repared at home. I am seriously unhappy about the service from Defy.
