Unhappy

I bought a Fridge at Game Store Jubilee mall last month, the fridge has very noisy sound.. I went to report the fridge within 7 days after I bought it.. They send the technician to fix it.. After a week it started again... I can't be able to go each and every time to report the Fridge and there's no changes. I'm so sad I really need help on how to deal with this situation...
