Unfixable fridges, poor quality
Double fridges by Defy, look great but are a disaster, frost up continuously, manufacturing errors so can't be fixed. Defy sent a tech but can't fix the problem as it's a factory error. Really bad product, even worse after sales support. Buy anything but DEFY, really poor quality.

14 Nov 2023, 08:53We had paid previously for a repair, your technician came again to inspect/assess the fridge. He could not repair the unit as it has a factory manufacturing fault in that the freezer is fitted skew, so the door cannot seal. Your technician has already tried to modify and adjust the hinge, but a sealed fit to the freezer tub cannot be achieved. Please discuss with him as I believe he also took photographs. This is not a warranty or repair issue, as the unit was incorrectly manufactured and cannot be simply repaired. I have already paid for a technician, and the issue remains the same and un-repaired. Defy closed the ticket without affecting repair and also without advising us same.
