Unauthorized entry into property and unauthorized repair

I bought a brand new defy fridge and in less that two months it was over freezing. Defy came to assess but did not call me back with the findings and plan going forward. One week later they entered my property without my knowledge and consent and changed the fridge door - again without my knowledge and consent. I proceeded to call the gentlemen involved who was extremely rude and promptly labeled me as “unreasonable”. I’ve contacted Defy Durban and of course ther was nobody available to take my call. Maybe they will answer a call from my lawyer.
