U CAN'T RELY ON DEFY
Most pathetic customer service. My fridge is rusting on the inside and I was told nothing can be done and had a rude customer service consult that gave me such pathetic service. Informed me that he would get the regional from Durban but still waiting and this customer care consultant. Feel the attitude in response [10/12, 7:08 PM] Defy: if a technician has assessed it and there is rust and not economical to repair , they do advise [10/12, 7:11 PM] Defy: FOUND UNIT RUSTED BADLY.UNIT NOT WORTH REPAIRING.THE CUSTOMER TOOK LONG TO REPORT THE UNIT.THE RUSTED AREA HAS NOW GONE SOFT. [10/12, 7:11 PM] Defy: a senior technician assessed the unit unfortunately it is not economical to repair [10/12, 7:34 PM] Defy: this unit is out of warranty. [10/12, 7:36 PM] Defy: we did call out and assessed the unit , unfortunately as per senior technician's report unit cant be repaired [10/12, 7:36 PM] Defy: rust is assessed to determine the warranty [10/12, 7:40 PM] Defy: your complaint has been sent to the service manager and regional manager in Durban. advised them to contact you
