TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH DEFY

I bought a Defy fridge from Makro Amanzimtoti , this fridge has been giving me problems from last year October 2020. Its a double door fridge and the freezer door just does not want to close, our ice maker does not work. My husband contacted defy constantly and only in January they send a technician to sort it out. The technician put new rubber around my fridge and said he would be back with other parts to fix the ice Maker. The rubber only lasted 2 days and my fridge couldn't close again. I'm frustrated now because I've lost over R2500 rand worth of Meat and frozen veggies. I had to throw all my stuff out of the fridge because it went off. I've even taken pictures of all my meat and Vegetables that I had to throw out. We have phoned Defy countless times and sent emails and we still waiting for them to sort this problem out. At this very moment we do not have a Functioning Fridge because of Defy. I've got small children to feed Defy? What do I do now. I'm very frustrated. I want a New Fridge and I want to be compensated for all the meat and vegetables that I had to throw away because of DEFY. IM very DISSAPOINTED in Defy and their services. We paid cash for our fridge and took extra warranty and this is how we get treated.
