Thousand lost in food because of the service at DEFY and there faulty appliances.

I always though defy was the place to get top quality appliances so i did buy the most beautiful double door fridge freezer from them on 04/07/2019 but it turns out there service when it comes to the customer is terrible. a Month after we bought the fridge freezer from them it did not work and all my food had to be thrown away, a technician came out and told us there is nothing wrong with it, up until now it is still not cold and the freezer side is defrosting and yet again food had to be thrown away. We bought it cash for R10999.00 from Game in Wonder-park Shopping Center and now we are losing a lot of money because of this. We logged another complained on Friday with Defy at *** and was told that a technician will call us on Friday to come out, no call was received. The ref no given was : ***. Yesterday again i spoke to Mandla at Defy call center and was told a technician will attend to us before end of business yesterday, still no phone call and no technician.. This needs to be brought to other peoples attention that we as customer does not mean anything to them as long as they get there money. Thousand of rands down the drain because DEFY do not care.
