Third Dishwasher giving the same problem

<p>We bought a Defy dishwasher and it gave problems, only after a fight was it replaced. The replacement gave the exact same problem and more almost a year later. after yet another fight and poor customer service it was replaced with a newer model in April this year after we waited almost two months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now this "newer" model only lasted a few months and yet again it is not switching off. Tried to contact your customer service but not even reaching the call centre. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your appliances are not up to scratch, and your customer service is even worse. All my "cheaper brand" appliances I've had for more than 5 years and not once had any problems with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will certainly never buy Defy again. Had a microwave that lasted two years and the new tumble dryer had a thermostat problem a month after purchase. </p> <p> </p> <p>But I guess you are yet again going to do nothing about it. Frankly i would prefer my money back and that you remove your garbage product from my home. </p> <p> </p> <p>FED UP doesn't even begin to describe how i feel about Defy</p>
