Think carefully about this brand its not the same.

I bought a defy gas stove electrical oven just a little over two years ago and we don't really use the oven often maybe 10 times a year if that much and yesterday we decided to make pies for lunch. So we put the oven on 180 to preheat and started to prepare the pies about 5 min after we put on the oven the inner glass exploded for no reason no one was even close to the oven at that stage the close anyone was to the oven is when it was turned on how is that even possible for a oven that doesn't really get used to just have the inner glass on the door go boom. i am really disappointed in the craftsman ship of your product defy
