They sold me a factory defect oven!

I bought a defy oven at makro on 4/07/20 ! In October 20 i reported to makro that a part that is holding the inner glass was loose and not locking to hold the front inner glass! Their rep came and replaced the part! January 202- i reported to makro that the inner glass is loose and coming out! They send the rep again!! I cant use the oven!! Mi d you this is a brand new oven from Defy! I told the rep that I don’t want him to repair the stove anymore as this was a brand new oven! If I wanted a second hand oven I could have bought it! I bought a new one because I never wanted problems!I called the rep today and he said he is still waiting for defy!I don’t want the oven I need a new one not the one to be repaired every 3 months!!
