They are such a nuisance that McAfee blocked their calls!

<p>My out-of-guarantee dishwasher needs repair. Defy Denver refused pointblank to send someone - "you are too far away". Defy Pretoria sent a chap who was not competent to fix the machine - didn't manage it on 2 visits. This chap sent me an sms at 23:50 last Saturday evening, saying the machine needed to go to the workshop. I asked my concierge service to sort that out. Arrogant Defy refuse to deal with them and insist on phoning me - repeatedly, instead of leaving messages. Don't they realise that people who don't answer are busy, and some of us have proper jobs, which entail giving our full attention to the work at hand? My phone antivirus has actually blocked Defy Pretoria's calls because it sees them as nuisance calls. I don't like arrogance, incompetence - or cheap and nasty appliances. I have decided to trash the Defy machine (will courier it to Defy, with instructions that it is to be dumped on the doorstep such that it blocks the entrance) and buy a machine of a reputable make.
