THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I bought a Defy oven and stove glass top, not even a month in, there was a crack through the top I have been in contact with them numerous times to sort this out, but I'm not getting any joy. The worst part is that this is not a unique query since I've seen the same review on this site. There is absolutely no communication or professionalism to speak of from this company, I am now sitting without a stove for a couple of months and to say im frustrated would be the biggest understatement ever, how do You justify spending so mu much money for such sub par service? Absolutely disscusting
