THE PRETORIA DEFY GIVES YOU 5 DIFFERENT PRICES FOR 1 ITEM

Firstly I ordered a seal for washing Machine to replace as it got torn... I have not experienced such from any of their competitors, which I sold due to moving and needed to keep up with technology.

The problem started when I needed this to be fixed. Their service provider or whoever that fixes these items told me that it does not fall under warranty, for a fairly new product. He also took his time to attend the matter.

Decided to order the item:

No one called to inform me that the product has arrived.

Spoke to Simon - He gave me a price R694. 31 on the 31/08/2017 My partner went to fetch the item different price R834.00 (One of the colleagues even confirmed its not the correct price) 22/09/2017 To top it off no one could find the item.

I called and i spoke to a lady named Sandra on 27/09/2017 NEGOTIATED discount after being given a run around. We agreed on a price of R691.90

Finally I sent a friend to fetch the item - Price purchased R921.35 -29/09/2017

The manager Jan was unhelpful as a matter of fact spoke to me down with appalling attitude. If i was not someone open minded i would say he was speaking to me like I am Sophy his ****

I would presume the guys do not know how to use the system alternatively something ***** is going on here.

I utterly disappointed this is an appliance highly regarded by my mom as which resultant on the purchase after this kind of service i would never recommend anyone to buy this product- ProSmartInventor from Defy you bound to have issues.
