The extra mile helps

The rare event of a gas oven door glass exploding on opening the oven called in DEFY in Denver. After a little delay in tracking down the actual part needed [an impoted oven from10 years back made in Brazil] we booked the service for supply and fit of the glass.<br> <br> At the last minute the service man [a contractor] said it was not his area and Gail in the booking office quickly made a plan to have the glass delivered by Frank the next morning with another service technician, Gary, respoding about an hour later to take the 10 minutes to fit the glass and reset the oven door.<br> <br> What could have gone badly wrong was saved by quick actions of Gail and Gary to complete the help started by Saleem the week before.
