Terrible turnaround time and communication

I have been waiting for a Defy technician to assist with my washing machine installation for over 2 weeks now. They keep logging appointments without confirming with me and not arriving when they select the date. I’ve called Customer Service too many times for this matter to still not be resolved, I’m not buying anymore of Defy appliances if they treat their customers like this
