Terrible service by Defy and Game store

<p>I purchased a fridge Defy 621L sxs MET ********** 013724 at Game Stores Vosloorus at Chris Hani Mall on the 17 Nov 2016 , I started using a fridge in December , within a week of using the fridge the deep freeze door does not close immediately reported it to Gerald at Game he gave ref no 646690, took two day without no respond he refer me to Jacque/ Mark at defy on tel no ********** 257/ ********** 300 which promised technician by the name Chris ********** 893 will fix it.Chris advice he is still awaiting the stock for rubber. is now two weeks nothing has happen no one is coming back to me to advise of the verdict, I'm the one using my airtime to follow up, right now all the Christmas meat to the value of R1000 is rooten .Kindly require Defy to refund me my fridge funds and the meat that went off. I am disappointed with level of service and poor quality of fridge. I always regarded Defy as one not the top brand... But after this I would this expierence is sad to say Chinese brand. regard</p>
