TERRIBLE SERVICE AND APPLIANCES WITHOUT NECESSARY PARTS

I bought Defy DGS 168 from Game without baking trays! They told me to contact a shop which I did, and the shop Electroworld in Shelly beach told me that they haven't got them. So I had to use another trays because even when I called the center on ********** 714 they said -it doesn;'t take normal baking trays. So you have oven, but no baking trays, and how I am supposed to bake anything?
