Terrible service
I will never, ever in my entire life purchase Defy again, worst after sales service ever. Call centre is extremely unhelpful to say the least, sent an email, no reply. I have been waiting for a technician to come out for my washing machine since the 19th with no joy. I can't even begin imagine, if it is such a struggle to get them out, how long will repairs take???
