Terrible service

Defy has done me so wrong since now its a week they said they will send out a person to come check the fridge and i told them im tired of waiting and even when they come they fix the fridge for it to work for one month is that fair i told them they need to take the fridge and get me a new one because i cant keep complaining about samething headoffice keeps ignoring my emails so would rather than take this to my lawyers
