Terrible Service

The Defy technicians have failed to fix my washing machine – I have had technicians come to my house almost 5 times. The washing machine was even taken to your workshop. Every one of them has come up with their own thing to fix/ replace which has made even made the situation worse and the machine unusable. I haven't been able to use my washing machine since the end of November 2023. At this stage, if Defy is unwilling to replace my washing machine, maybe they must just give me a full refund so that I can buy myself a Samsung washing machine.

I am so frustrated by the level of service as I have been told twice now that they have escalated the matter to either the Service Manager or Defy - when are these parties then going to put themselves in my shoes and resolve the issue.

Defy your level of service is really disappointing.
