terrible service

<p>I bought a front loader washing machine from Game, I laid complain about Game store since they could not help me with the fault on my machine, it took them 4 weeks to log a call to Defy, however since the 19th of July the refer matter to defy company however they haven’t resolve the issue yet, I’m talking about a new washing machine, it moves from one place to another where it damages my kitchen unit and it now has sketches it looks like old machine, It likins the water while washing, my tiles and my kitchen unit its damaged, I was promised that by the 31st of July it will be fixed. No one called me for feedback, I’m the one do follow up all the time I need a solution. I was supposed to enjoy my new washing machine but is giving me problems from the first day I used it.
