Terrible service

Second review- Terrible customer service.

Defy technitions have let me down 3 times now. I have been waiting over 2 months for a brand new tumble dryer to be looked at after arriving damaged.

Machine was ordered from Game, Defy keeps using the excuse and telling Game they have contacted me to postpone each trip which they have never done!

Absolutly USELESS!
