TERRIBLE SERVICE!

The worst experience Ive ever had!!! They took more than 2 months to fix my fridge. I have spent more money on ice and phone calls than my fridge is worth. Once in a blue moon they make a product that lasts, but service is terrible. Spare parts took 2 weeks to arrive. I arranged an appointment 4 times where the technician just didnt show up and left me waiting, he eventually stopped answering my calls. Call center takes forever to answer and then they put you on hold for a long time without offering to call you back. No one has apologized.
