Terrible repair services

Logged a call with Defy as my freezer wasn’t working, Godfrey called to say he would be there Tuesday at 4pm. Well 4pm came and went, Wednesday came and went , Thursday 8h15 he arrived, and tells me PCB needs replacing. Friday he replaced it, I paid and freezer is still not working. It’s been 5 days since and no return on phone calls /sms and I logged another call. Almost 2 weeks now without a functional freezer
