Terrible customer service- Defy
We bought a washing machine a month ago. The machine only worked for a month. A technician advised that the machine needs to be replaced. For over a month we have been waiting for a new machine. We have been trying to get hold of the person Called Logan for follow up but no communication from her or Defy.
This is really frustrating as we bought the machine cash. We are stuck with a non working machine after spending so much money.
THE SERVICE OF DEFY US ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I REALLY REGRET BUYING A DEFY.

21 Feb 2024, 10:04Even now, this person called Logan is absolutely pathetic. She is not picking up my calls not even returning my calls. THIS IS SUCH A BAD SERVICE TO BE HONEST. I never experienced a bad service like this. NEVER AGAIN SHALL I PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH DEFY. Please advise as I spend a lot of money going to the laundry while I PAID CASH FOR THE MACHINE. I have no money this week for the laundry, what should happen??????
