Terrible customer service

Their customer service is deplorable to be honest. I've logged calls for Fridges and stoves which they never attend to, when I asked for feedback they send me another job card number and tell me that a technician will come later on in the day, when he doesn't show and I enquire the next day they give me another job card to which they WIll answer my query 7 days after. I've logged a call with them that they have not attended to in over a month. I've called their line, to which they direct me to too many other people. The technician who 'came to fix' my stove didn't even enter the building, he just said I think I know what the problem is I've already ordered the spares.... The guy didn't even check the stove. I have too many job card numbers with no one coming in to fix. The fridges havent been working since March and we are headed to May. I'm so over this brand. I am upset at how unprofessional they have been, sadly I have emails of so many people there and no one to actually help. The appliances are fairly new.
