Terrible Customer Service

<p>We bought a DEFY Appliance whilst there was a promotion running, everyone who buys a defy appliance before 31 December 2016 wins a midweek holiday for 4 people. We entered and they said someone would call within 2 working days. It has been over a week and still noone has called. </p>
