Terrible After Sales Services
Their products are generally good and 1st, but after a year, when they start having issues, DEFY will not assist. Their after sales services are not helpful at all. When I eventually get hold of someone, they are rude and not willing to assist in any way. I will never recommend any product from defy based on my experiences with their team.
