Terrible After sales service

Absolutely pathetic after sales service, I've have an issue with my thermofan oven for the past 3 months, non of their technicians can solve the issue and my request for a replacement has still not been fulfilled. for a company that has been around for year and is very well regarded it ridiculous. Never ever by a Defy Product!!
