Technical Fault with Defy Oven

We bought out Defy Oven BRAND NEW in 2012. within a year (2013) the element blew. At this stage the oven was still under guarantee. The oven was NOT replaced but simply repaired. This is the first complaint. If the oven is still under guarantee then surely it should be replaced!!<br> a year later.. 2014 the element blew again. Just a few days ago the element has AGAIN blown.<br> There is clearly something wrong with the oven and all defy would like to do is replace the element and just charge a call out fee. the manager who was spoken to said that we could complain in the website but i could not find the emails addresses. <br> This is absolutely rediculous from such an APPARENTLY good brand.<br> <br> absolutely disgusting!!!!!
