Tebello Rampai vs Defy
Good day
My name is Tebello Rampai, I bought a new fridge from OK furnitures in vereeniging store in Mark Park, on the 27th of the last month, so my complain from Defy is that OK funitires said to me that defy will contact me asap when they received my job card to come and check what's wrong with my new fridge because it just stopped working this passed Sunday and I reported it at ok furniture on Monday or Tuesday if I'm not mistaken, so I never received any call and I called them with my airtime to check when are they coming and some consultant said they are coming today which they never came, I'm very disappointed with the service because the food I bought for the month is getting off {rotten}. and i spend all my money to buy a new fridge and now this, please assist where you guys can.

As we speak they haven't called or Come and the meat that I bought is off. A fridge that doesn't even have a month with me is going to be repaired imagine, Im so disappointed. I don't know why cant they give me a new one?

They finally came to fix the new fridge, but what worries me is that my new fridge was fixed, they put another part and its not even a month old since I bought the fridge, so I'm not happy at all, imagine buying a new car and it's not even a month old, then they insert a new part, how bad is that.
