Take ur demo stove nd pay me

I bought a DEFY stove in August 2018. It's started giving me problems wit the oven. I then called them they came to fix the oven. I used it once and the problem reoccured. I called them 3 weeks back I was told they hav ordered a certain part til now. I've been calling DEFY every blessed day(charges on me). I am promised they sending out a technician. It's Easter long weekend I can't grill nor bake. DEFY pay me back my money so I buy a reliable brand. My guarantee Wil lapse without me using the oven.
