Tafelberg and Defy

I have posted on 22 October 2020 about the terrible service from Defy Appliances. They have now replaced the faulty oven with a so-called "new" oven. A day after they installed it, we used it for the first time - the internal light fused immediately, and the window steamed up! When they came to repair it, they did not bring a light with, as they did not have one in stock. I ought a new light from our DIY and they installed it. Oh, and by the way, the oven was not installed straight, they had to refit the oven. A week later, the rubber broke. They sent two technicians, who only looked at the problem to confirm the rubber was broken. They told me they did not have stock and will have to order. I am REALLY UNIMPRESSED with their service. As the original over was bought from TAFELBERG FURNISHERS, I told them today that I suspect that the replacement oven is a refurbished unit, as the window makes brown stripes as the oven heats up. I told them I want a brand new oven. It has been going on for almost TWO MONTHS now and the issue is still not resolved. PLEASE DO NOT BUY EITHER A GRUNDIG PRODUCT NOR A DEFY PRODUCT as the service you can expect is either non-existent or sucks!
