Sucky Defy

Hi. We took our Defy microwave back to the store as it was still under guarantee. We were told it would take 1 or 2 days as Defy sends a technician to the store to repair the microwave. It is now more than 2 weeks later and we are still without a microwave!!! Every time we cal, the response is that the Defy technician has not yet come. TWO weeks already!!!

Come on people!!!!!l
