Substandard quality washing machine from DEFY

I recently bought a washing from Defy.

It makes a terrible noise out of the box.

I had it checked by two service technicians from Defy.

Technicians agree with me it was noisy.

When following up with them later, I was told it was a normal noise that the brushes make on the motor.

I stand by my complaint that the machine is noisy.

Very poor and substandard quality product.
