Stove issue adequately resolved

I am pleased to announce that the issue I have been having with Defy stove i had just bought has been finally resolved to my satisfaction. Though it took Defy time to redress which then led to frustration, I must say, complaining on this platform really helped. It's been about 3 months observing the new stove whether it works as anticipated and so far so good. Thank you Defy
