Stop releasing hot steam and no assistance.

On the 24th of April I reported my stove which was releasing hot steam when we use the Oven with Cosmo projects, Cosmo then reported the incident to Defy and Defy sent me a reference number, they came a few days later to look at the stove and realised it had a fault, they changed something and told me it was fixed and the Lady from Defy by the name Beauty told me to tell her of the problem proceeded and left me with her contact number.

A week or 2 later I tested the stove only to find that the problem is even worse, not only was it releasing more hot steam but it had water dripping as well which is very hazardous considering that we also have children in the house. I contacted the Beauty lady from Defy a few times and she told me she would send someone but never did, after a few attempts she stopped responding completely, wasn’t even taking my calls anymore.

I reverted back to Cosmo and they logged another call for me and they sent me a reference number… I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks now and nobody is getting back to me, now 2 plates on my stove are no longer working as well. The problems are becoming too many.

My worry is my warranty ends tomorrow and both Cosmo and Defy are irresponsive. Please help!!!!!!!
