Still waiting for technician to contact us - 4 days later!!

Bought a Defy DAC 632 fridge in March '25. Because it has a two-year warranty, we cannot quickly have it fixed ourselves. Reported it to Defy already on Monday morning, but we have to wait until Friday morning before we may complain. No technician has contacted us to even make an appointment. In the meantime we have to cope with a faulty fridge in heat of 35 degrees and higher, as DEFY WC can only escalate the case after three working days. And there is a long weekend ahead...
