Still waiting for a technician
Nothing but pathetic service. I have a defy oven that needs repairs, I called almost 3 weeks ago for a technician to come out. Eventually receieved a call from the Bloemfontein branch on Thursday saying they only have a technician available today (Monday) in my area. Like Bloemfontein is that BIG. Needless to say I called in again after the 4th time asking what time can I expect a technician and I was told she cannot give me answer! So highly annoyed at how pathetic the service is as there is none!!!!
