Still waiting for a new fridge!

I bought a Defy fridge at OK in Khayelitsha, and when it arrived the dispenser was leaking water, and I did not give this much attention initially, as I thought it was just a case of a person filling up their glass too much with water, such that it spills. I later discovered that the Fridge dispenser was leaking, and I called in at Defy and they sent a technician (John) to look at both the Fridge and my oven which also had a problem. <br> John and his colleague managed to fix the Microwave Oven, and attempted to fix the Fridge and stripped the dispenser off and informed that the problem was fixed, and I needed call them if I have further issues, and literally 5 minutes after they left I called them and informed them the Fridge still had a problem, and I was informed that I needed to call the OK store for a new replacement fridge. OK informed me that they have been liaising with OK for regarding this and OK kept telling them they will send someone to check the fridge, which I did not understand as John has recently been there, and this is a total waste of my time as I have to keep making phone calls, following this up, and to date none has been resolved and I want a REPLACEMENT fridge.<br>
