Still awaiting on plate to be replaced

I have logged a complaint on this site last year 16 November 2017. Technician came out promise to replace the plate , no response until then. I called and spoke to a lady that promise me that they will come before Christmas......Guess what? I AM STILL WAITING AND NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER.....PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER. WONT BUY DEFY AGAIN FAULT PRODUCTS SOLD!!!PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER. WONT BUY DEFY AGAIN FAULT PRODUCTS SOLD!!!
