Still awaiting on defy to resolved my isue

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a brand new stove and hub from defy, upon using the appliance the first time the van in my Stove made a weird noise, and the handle is chipped, i called Defy to sort this out i am still waiting 2 months later for this problem to be sorted,</p>
