stil waiting

We bought a Defy washing machine about 2 years ago,after 2 months the mother board burned out(reason got water)My Q was how can it get water if it works with water?we waited almost 3-4 months for the part?Now again after almost a year my washing machine broke and still after 6 weeks,allot of phone calls,still now part or any usable info,I have 3 children and daily allot of washing to do,already spent allot on Laundry's and still keep some of the washing at home because it gets to expensive??,Since we have bought our washing machine at game we only have problems,We are so disappointed in their services and the appliance?
