Stay away from Defy they have bad services .

Defy appliances doesn't know how to treat its customers and also 3rd parties who provide services to them. They asked me to come chair disciplinary hearings for them I went. In the process I had to even do the hearings I was rushed to conclude them at some point my mother passed away. When it comes to them paying me they are giving me a run around. I submitted an invoice on the 1st of August 2022. The policy says within 30 days I must be paid till today I am still waiting for my payment to be processed when I email them I am ignored when I call the HR department I am promised to be called back and nothing.
